Airgas, an Air Liquide company, is seeking a Training and Development Specialist in Atlanta, GA to design and deliver programs that close performance gaps. You will partner with SMEs and leadership to build curricula, deliver instructor-led and digital training, and manage records in WorkDay.

Preferred background includes 2–4 years of training experience, knowledge of LMS, D365, and audio/video tooling, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education equivalent to one year of Business Management or equivalent preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations
• Greater than five years related working experience
• 2-4 years training experience. Delivering and developing training programs
• Working knowledge of positioning equipment, welding applications, and equipment is an asset

This position is a mix of instructor-led training (both remotely and on-site), developing professional-level training videos, assigning the correct content to applicable users, and developing/implementing the annual training plan.**Essential Functions:*** Work with management and field to assess ongoing training needs, make training recommendations and develop training curriculums to fit those needs. Communicate annual training plans and budget for review and approval.* Develop and communicate strategic training plan, provide quarterly training updates to selected groups.* Design instructional material and training classes for subjects.* Deliver using various learning methodologies while aligning with and leveraging the corporate learning management system (LMS).
