Job summary

Airgas, an Air Liquide company, is seeking a Training and Development Specialist in Atlanta, GA. You will manage training initiatives, design courses, and deliver training through a mix of on-site, remote, and video formats while maintaining training records in WorkDay.

You will collaborate with management and SMEs, develop annual training plans, and provide updates to leadership. Expect travel 4–6 times per year to deliver advanced user training and ensure program alignment with operational

Qualifications

• Post secondary education equivalent to one year of Business Management or equivalent preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations (Greater than five years related experience).
• 2-4 years training experience.
• Delivering and developing training programs.
• Working knowledge of positioning equipment, welding applications, and equipment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage company training initiatives by partnering with SMEs, line and executive staff to identify training needs and develop courses.
• Develop and conduct training using instructor-led formats, webinars, and videos; maintain training records in WorkDay.
• Coordinate the annual training plan and provide quarterly updates to groups.
• Create instructional material and training classes; evaluate training effectiveness.
• Oversee LMS updates, create sessions/events, assign training, and report on training metrics in WorkDay.
• Travel 4-6 times annually to deliver advanced user training.
