Job summary

Airgas, an Air Liquide company, is seeking a Training and Development Specialist in Atlanta, GA to design and deliver programs that close performance gaps. You will partner with SMEs and leadership to build curricula, deliver instructor-led and digital training, and manage records in WorkDay.

Preferred background includes 2–4 years of training experience, knowledge of LMS, D365, and audio/video tooling, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education equivalent to one year of Business Management or equivalent preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations
• Greater than five years related working experience
• 2-4 years training experience. Delivering and developing training programs
• Working knowledge of positioning equipment, welding applications, and equipment is an asset

Responsibilities

• Manage company training initiatives by partnering with subject matter experts and leadership to identify needs and develop curricula.
• Develop and conduct training courses and capture training records using WorkDay.
• Deliver training using instructor-led, on-site, remote, or video formats and update the LMS.
