Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Senior Training Developer with TS/SCI clearance to lead the development and distribution of MI training products for Active and Reserve Component Soldiers and units at Fort Huachuca, AZ. The role emphasizes instructional design, development of MOS-related courses, and professional development support.

The contractor will manage assessments, review lesson plans, and help implement the One Army School System (OASS) concept within USAICoE Instructor Professional Development

Qualifications

TS/SCI clearance required.
6 years of MOS operational experience.
Completion of ALC or SLC; WOBC, WOAC, MIOBC, or MICCC; or equivalent.
SAT or ADDIE course graduate or equivalent; able to pass ADDIE on first enrollment.

Responsibilities

Develop, write, review, and coordinate the distribution of training products for MI Soldiers and RC units.
Administer performance-based tests and evaluate student performance.
Provide remedial training, academic counseling, and maintain counseling/academic records.
Support development and execution of instructional design and training developer professional development.
