• Define objectives for all training initiatives and measure their effectiveness.
• Provide coaching and development to employees during and after training sessions.
• Coordinate resources, schedules and logistics for seamless training delivery.
• Manage external resources to optimize quality and cost efficiency.
• Stay current with learning strategies and facilitate training sessions as needed.
