Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee rollout of training and leadership development programs and measure adoption.
• Define objectives for training initiatives and assess effectiveness.
• Provide coaching and development to employees during and after training sessions.
• Coordinate resources, schedules and logistics for training delivery; manage external resources.
