Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resource development, business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of training experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in a call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to review curricula, identify training needs and strategies.
• Oversee implementation of training and leadership development programs across the organization.
• Define clear business and performance objectives for training initiatives.
• Evaluate student performance during and after training and provide coaching.
• Measure training effectiveness and outcomes to ensure desired results.
• Coordinate with peer training managers to share responsibilities and quality delivery.
• Develop implementation plans, schedules and logistics for training initiatives.
• Stay informed on current learning strategies and best practices.

• Oversee the successful implementation of Spectrum Business's training and leadership development programs by supporting managers and teams
• Define clear business and performanceobjectivesfor training initiatives to align with organizational goals
• Evaluate student performance during and after training, offering coaching and development to maximize results
• Measure and assess the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they achieve desired outcomes
• Coordinate with peer training managers to manage shared responsibilities andmaintainhigh-quality delivery
• Develop implementation plans,schedulesandlogisticsfor training initiatives, managing external resources as necessary for quality and cost efficiency
• Stay informed on current learning strategies, deliverymethodsand best practices to enhance Spectrum Business's training approach

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in human resource development, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of training experience
