Job summary

Spectrum Business is seeking a Manager of Training Delivery to lead the execution and continuous improvement of our training programs across the organization. You will work with senior leaders to align curricula with performance goals and drive outcomes.

You’ll oversee program implementation, coach managers and teams, measure impact, and manage schedules and resources to ensure high-quality delivery while staying compliant with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource development, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of training experience and 3+ years of management experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience; call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and continuous improvement of training programs.

Job description

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. As a Manager of Training Delivery at Spectrum Business, you will lead the execution and continuous improvement of training programs that drive performance across the organization. Your leadership will ensure our teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge to achieve outstanding results.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Collaborate with senior management to review curricula, identify training needs and recommend strategies to enhance performance
• Oversee the successful implementation of Spectrum Business’s training and leadership development programs by supporting managers and teams
• Define clear business and performance objectives for training initiatives to align with organizational goals
• Evaluate student performance during and after training, offering coaching and development to maximize results
• Measure and assess the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they achieve desired outcomes
• Coordinate with peer training managers to manage shared responsibilities and maintain high-quality delivery
• Develop implementation plans, schedules and logistics for training initiatives, managing external resources as necessary for quality and cost efficiency
• Stay informed on current learning strategies, delivery methods and best practices to enhance Spectrum Business’s training approach

Working Conditions

• Work in a fast-paced office environment with travel as required

Required Qualifications

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum Business

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource development, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience

Experience

• 5+ years of training experience
• 3+ years of management experience
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Experience working in a call center environment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
• Capacity to make sound decisions and solve problems under pressure
• Demonstrated skill in managing multiple projects to meet deadlines
