Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate employee training sessions.
• Track and monitor employee training progress.
• Conduct post-training evaluations for program effectiveness.
• Maintain and update training materials for accuracy.
• Keep accurate records of training activities.
• Coordinate with external training vendors.
• Evaluate and manage vendor relationships.
• Serve as the primary contact for training questions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
