Job summary

First Coast Security is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead security operations at client sites in a hands-on, supervisory role. You will oversee Security Officers, ensure post orders are followed, and serve as the primary security contact on your shift.

You will actively perform security duties while coaching and directing your team, ensuring consistent service, rounds, and incident reporting. A background in security with leadership potential is desired for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Solid knowledge of security operations and post orders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for incident reports and logs.

Responsibilities

• Provide lead direction to Security Officers and shift teams across client sites.
• Perform duties of a Security Officer as required by post orders and policy.
• Monitor, report incidents and security concerns at client properties and personnel.
• Conduct site inspections and assign tasks to staff as needed.
• Assist with training of Security Officers and enforcement of post orders.
• Meet with client representatives to confirm security requirements and maintain service quality.
• Submit incident reports, payroll information, and other documentation promptly.
• Coach and document employee performance; participate in hiring/termination decisions as needed.
