Job summary

First Coast Security seeks an experienced Security Supervisor to oversee post orders, perform access control, and mentor security staff. The role requires coordinating patrols, reporting incidents, and ensuring a professional presence on site.

You will work in a full-time capacity across various shifts, with emphasis on safety, compliance, and customer service for employees, visitors, and contractors in diverse client environments.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum of two years supervisory experience.
• Must have TWIC badge.
• Must be able to obtain an Unarmed Professional Security License as required by state.
• Must be able to obtain a First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening, driving record check and background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficient English language communication, reading, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• When not performing supervisor responsibilities, you'll act as Access Control (Check In/Check out - CICO)
• Oversee daily execution of post orders for all security staff
• Lead, mentor, coach and provide feedback for employees
• Conduct patrols and monitor all access points, interior and exterior as required
• Stand guard at assigned posts to maintain visibility and ensure site security
• Observe and report hazards or suspicious activity and complete daily logs and incident reports
• Responding quickly to emergencies or threats
• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
