We are seeking a hands‑on Training Coordinator to support employee training and compliance initiatives within a fast‑paced Operations environment.
This role will be responsible for coordinating employee training, following up on training completion, maintaining training records, and ensuring employees remain current on required SOP, safety, and operational training. The ideal candidate has previous experience supporting or coordinating workplace training and is comfortable working directly with employees, supervisors, and Operations leadership to keep training requirements on schedule.
While this position includes administrative responsibilities, the primary focus is employee training coordination, training compliance, and record management.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being involved in the training process—not simply entering information into spreadsheets. They should be comfortable following up with employees, coordinating training schedules, communicating requirements, maintaining accurate records, and helping Operations leadership ensure the workforce stays current with required training.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in employee training coordination, onboarding, compliance, or operational training who enjoys working closely with employees and helping keep training programs organized and on track.
