This role coordinates with production management, HR, and safety to improve on-site learning and the Michael Foods Execution System (MES) elements. The position emphasizes safety, GMP compliance, and maintaining food quality, with responsibility for developing and sustaining MES elements and training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Extensive work experience and knowledge of equipment in the area of support, including best operating practices and fault finding.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish and English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight to on-the-job trainers and SMEs across departments.
• Build Train-the-Trainer capabilities within the training team.
• Responsible for input and accuracy of SRMP training matrix.
• Be available to Lead or Co-Lead SRMP Elements.
• Develop learning and development capabilities per MES L&D assessment.
• Coordinate external training resources.
• Provide on-the-job training to new, entry-level, and transferred employees.
• Assist HR with onboarding and new hire orientation.
