Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience operating machinery.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-the-job training to new and transfer employees.
• Develop and deliver training on safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Track training for skilled positions in operation and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and food safety standards.
• Assist in creating work instructions, checklists and visual aids.
