Job summary

Qualifications

• Supports development of skills and competencies for NJ sites through on-the-job training.
• Assists with coordination and documentation of training programs.
• Collaborates with production management, HR and safety to improve on-site learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight to on-the-job trainers and SME across departments.
• Build Train-the-Trainer capabilities within training team.
• Maintain SRMP training matrix input accuracy and integrity.
• Lead or co-lead SRMP elements as needed.
• Develop learning and development capabilities per L&D assessment.
• Assist in hiring process insights for new employees.
• Coordinate external training resources.
• Provide on-the-job training on equipment and processes, standard work and systems.
• Assist HR in new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Support supervisors on Employee Training Qualification Program.
