Job summary

Themis Insight is seeking a Content Developer in Annapolis Junction, MD to build training content for complex IT and analytic courses. The role involves gathering materials, aligning with storyboards, and ensuring proficiency testing.

Candidates should have a TS/SCI with Polygraph, a bachelor's in CS or related field, and at least four years in training content development, with leadership or mentoring experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is desired.
• Four (4) years experience in the content area(s) of the training to be developed/maintained.
• Experience shall be in at least one of the following areas: CNO operational duties; Development of related training; Instruction of related training; Mentoring/technical leadership in related content areas.

Responsibilities

• Gather raw content and material from which the course(s) will be built.
• Determine what testing is appropriate to ensure students demonstrate required proficiency.
• Gather raw content appropriate for inclusion in the relevant courses.
• Review storyboards to ensure content is reflected appropriately.
