Job summary

Themis Insight, LLC. is seeking a Content Developer to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role involves gathering raw content, shaping it into course material, and ensuring proficiency through appropriate testing.

You will work with experienced professionals on sensitive content within a defense-related context. Ideal candidates hold a TS/SCI with Polygraph, have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and possess at least four years of relevant content development experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is desired.
• Four (4) years experience in the content area(s) of the training to be developed/maintained.
• Experience in at least one: CNO operational duties; Development of related training; Instruction of related training; Mentoring/technical leadership in related content areas.

Required:

TS/SCI with a Polygraph

Description:

• Gather raw content and material from which the course(s) will be built.
• Determine what testing is appropriate to ensure students demonstrate required proficiency.

• Gather raw content appropriate for inclusion in the relevant courses.
• Review storyboards to ensure content is reflected appropriately

Individual Capabilities/Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is desired.
• Four (4) years experience in the content area(s) of the training to be developed/maintained.
• Experience shall be in at least one of the following areas:
  • CNO operational duties
  • Development of related training
  • Instruction of related training
  • Mentoring/technical leadership in related content areas.

Individual Capabilities/Experience Desired:

• Certifications in areas relevant to the training content areas are desired
