Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with MD polygraph.
• Experience supporting government or DoD programs.
• Four years of content development experience in training.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with training content development or instruction.

Responsibilities

• Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments
• Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
• Ensure compliance with contract and security standards
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance
• Gather the raw content and material from which the course(s) will be built
• Determine what testing is appropriate to ensure students demonstrate required proficiency
