nDepth Security, LLC seeks a Content Developer 3 to lead senior technical content development for mission-focused cyber training programs in Hanover, MD. You will govern content standards, align assessments, and coordinate across teams while mentoring junior developers.

The role requires advanced cyber expertise, proven technical leadership, and the ability to drive government readiness reviews. TS/SCI is preferred but U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical content standards, priorities, governance, and quality reviews.
• Research advanced mission and technical content; author and validate lessons, labs, and assessments.
• Lead complex troubleshooting across operating systems, networks, virtualization, software, and cyber environments.
• Coordinate technical reviews, versioning, and Government approval readiness.
• Mentor junior developers and represent technical recommendations to stakeholders.
• Guide realistic training environments, exercises, and technical assessment improvements.
