Themis Insight, LLC. is hiring a Content Developer to work in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role requires TS/SCI with a Polygraph and focuses on gathering content, outlining testing, and aligning storyboards with course objectives.

Bachelor's in CS or related field and four years of content-related experience are preferred, with certifications in relevant areas viewed favorably.

We are hiring a Content Developer to work in Annapolis Junction, MD. Position location is subject to change based on central MD client's needs.

Required:

TS/SCI with a Polygraph

Description:

• Gather raw content and material from which the course(s) will be built.
• Determine what testing is appropriate to ensure students demonstrate required proficiency.

• Gather raw content appropriate for inclusion in the relevant courses.
• Review storyboards to ensure content is reflected appropriately

Individual Capabilities/Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is desired.
• Four (4) years experience in the content area(s) of the training to be developed/maintained.
• Experience shall be in at least one of the following areas:
  • CNO operational duties
  • Development of related training
  • Instruction of related training
  • Mentoring/technical leadership in related content areas.

Individual Capabilities/Experience Desired:

• Certifications in areas relevant to the training content areas are desired
