The successful candidate will create engaging materials, stay abreast of regulatory changes, and support onboarding and professional development across the organization.

Formación

• Associates degree in Business, Industrial Safety, or related field with 3 years of related experience; equivalent education/experience accepted.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with OSHA/WISHA compliance and training delivery is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate agency training programs.
• Coordinate return to work training and refresher training for employees.
• Develop engaging training materials, presentations, job aids, and other learning resources.
• Ensure training programs meet OSHA, WISHA, regulatory, and agency requirements.
• Assess training needs and work with departments to develop solutions.
• Coordinate classroom, virtual, and hands-on training.
• Maintain training schedules, records, certifications, and required documentation.
• Track required employee training and identify upcoming or overdue requirements.
• Review and update training materials based on regulatory and policy changes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Support onboarding, safety training, and ongoing professional development.
• Prepare training reports and monitor training compliance.
