Zusammenfassung

UCLA Campus Life seeks a Manager of Training & Compliance to lead a comprehensive program of training, compliance and emergency preparedness for all Campus Life staff and departments.

The role ensures mandatory trainings are completed, develops EAPs/IIPPs, and supports Respondent Services for faculty, staff and students. A Bachelor's degree and CA driver’s license are required; CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to interact effectively with a diverse population including students, staff, faculty, administrators, family and the community from a variety of cultural, educational, ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Ability to analyze data, evaluate programs and procedures, interpret information to convey consequences and recommend courses of action.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and evaluating EAPs and IIPPs; training delivery including CPR/First Aid, BBP, SVSH Prevention, and incident/accident reporting.
• Knowledge of safety and emergency protocol and procedures to direct others in an emergency.
• Detailed knowledge of programming and training concepts and managing electronic records for compliance.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and advise campus leadership.

• Provide coordinated training, compliance assessment and emergency preparedness across Campus Life.
• Develop and manage training programs for student, part-time and professional staff.
• Ensure training compliance for mandatory and area-specific trainings across the division.
• Assist Respondent Services providing support to faculty, staff and student respondents as needed.
