Job summary

UCLA Campus Life seeks a Manager of Training & Compliance to lead a coordinated program of training, compliance, assessment and emergency preparedness across all Campus Life departments. You will develop, implement and assess training delivery for student, part-time and professional staff, ensuring mandatory trainings are met and records are maintained.

Reporting to the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, you will help shape risk management, safety protocols and cross-functional staff

Qualifications

• Ability to interact effectively with a diverse population including students, staff, faculty, administrators, family and the community from varied backgrounds.
• Ability to analyze data, evaluate programs, interpret information, and communicate findings; stay current with policy and procedures.
• Experience creating and evaluating training programs and incident reporting; knowledge of safety and emergency protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead training, compliance, assessment and emergency preparedness for Campus Life departments.
• Ensure training compliance for mandatory and area-specific trainings for all employees.
• Support Respondent Services by providing guidance to faculty, staff and student respondents as needed.
