Job summary

HeartShare is seeking a Training Compliance Manager to oversee organization-wide training compliance initiatives, ensuring mandatory trainings and certifications are tracked, completed, and documented across programs. The role partners with HR, QA, and regulatory teams to drive accountability and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of compliance experience, strong analytical and collaborative skills, and a background in human services or healthcare compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent required; experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 3–5 years of compliance experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee organization-wide training compliance across programs and departments.
• Ensure timely assignment, tracking, completion, and documentation of trainings and certifications.
• Maintain compliance calendars and communicate upcoming deadlines to leadership.
• Develop processes to improve training completion rates and reduce compliance risk.
• Monitor trends and identify areas needing intervention or support.
• Lead LMS administration for compliance training activities and workflows.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits and regulatory reviews.
