Job summary

Centers Plan for Healthy Living is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the Training & Development team. You will oversee Tele-sales staff compliance, help develop training plans, and maintain training documentation while handling office duties.

You will work with Trainer/Auditors, report to the Director of Training & Development, and contribute to ongoing onboarding and material updates in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• AA degree required.
• BA degree preferred.
• Administrative, coordination, communications, and education experience required.
• Training, Managed Care or Sales experience preferred.
• Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general administrative, clerical, and executive support tasks.
• Collaborate with the Director to devise and implement strategic administrative improvements and/or workflows.
• Prepare materials for ongoing onboarding training classes.
• Maintain and edit training materials and tools including annual, AEP, and new compliance/regulation updates.
• Edit workflows, policies, procedures, PowerPoints, manuals, marketing plans, templates, and forms.
• Conduct weekly performance evaluations through call monitoring and document actions for Tele-Sale Agents, Benefit Navigators and Medicare Support Specialists.
• Ensure compliance with CMS/DOH and company guidelines by reporting to the Training Director.
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems.
• Maintain office supply inventories.
• Record, compile, transcribe and distribute meeting minutes.
• Understand and train on software/applications (e.g.; ePACES, MARx, QBS4).
• Provide overall support to Trainer/Auditors.
