Grainger is seeking a Training & Communications Visual Designer in the United States. This hybrid role focuses on turning complex processes into clear visual experiences for thousands of employees across the Fulfillment Network.

You will create infographics, microvideos, and SharePoint visuals, collaborating with Training & Development to deliver engaging eLearning and instructor-led materials. The position emphasizes accessibility, brand consistency, and impactful learning visuals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex information into clear visuals.
• Experience creating segments for eLearning and instructor-led content.
• Ability to produce short-form video and static visuals for digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Design visuals such as infographics, diagrams, and motion graphics.
• Transform complex processes into clear visual stories for training.
• Collaborate with Training & Development on eLearning and job aids.
• Maintain visual design standards and brand consistency across OST materials.
• Ensure accessibility and readability of visuals for broad audiences.
• Support digital channels with optimized layouts and content blocks.
• Create templates for eLearning, deployment communications, and field job aids.
• Advise on reducing cognitive load through visuals.
