The role champions instructional design best practices, collaborates with cross-functional teams, assesses learning needs, and delivers scalable, measurable programs across multiple sites with a focus on performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• 5+ years in a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Ability to design scalable curricula across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Leads the end-to-end design of functional, blended learning experiences using instructional design methodologies.
• Defines the learner journey from onboarding through proficiency, creating training pathways for performance, safety, and operational excellence.
• Conducts needs assessments and performance gap analyses to translate business priorities into learning strategies.
• Establishes scalable, modular curriculum models for consistent learning across sites/audiences.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to evaluate learning effectiveness, using analytics and feedback to iterate.
• Manages project teams and resources to deliver high-quality learning solutions on time and within budget, mentoring others.
