Job summary

Grainger is seeking a Customer Service Learning Development Consultant to design and deliver innovative learning solutions across onboarding, team enrichment, and cross-functional training initiatives. You will drive measurable outcomes and partner with HR and business leaders to align programs with strategic goals.

You will manage end-to-end content development for in-person, virtual, and eLearning formats, and lead train-the-trainer sessions while ensuring alignment with performance metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in training & development or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years designing and developing adult learning content.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, and Vyond.
• Strong instructional design and content development skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training content for in-person, virtual, and eLearning delivery.
• Identify measurable outcomes and analyze data to improve training.
• Lead train-the-trainer sessions and act as a resource for questions on content.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to plan training deployments and timelines.
• Maintain and enhance training programs and curricula.
