Job summary

VG Systems, LLC. seeks a mid-level Visual Communications Designer/Specialist to translate technical IT concepts into clear visual designs, infographics, and communication pieces for enterprise-wide agile adoption.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as visual designer/graphic designer or similar role, preferably in government or corporate setting.
2+ years developing communications strategies/materials for IT-related projects.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, communications, or related field (or 4 additional years of professional experience).
Experience with agile software development or transformation projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement visual communication strategies to support transformation objectives.
Create graphical content for infographics, website, short videos and presentations.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for design strategies and messaging.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and audience members.
Work with Project Manager and Technical Lead to turn IT concepts into clear materials.
Measure effectiveness of communication efforts and provide leadership with insights.
