Greystones Group is a fast-growing, woman-owned small business supporting national defense and infrastructure with AI and big data analytics capabilities. We are seeking a dedicated graphic designer to produce marketing materials and visually communicate complex concepts with clarity and impact.

This hourly, project-based role offers flexible scheduling and collaboration with marketing, product, and business development to deliver visuals that adhere to our brand identity and design patterns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design experience with a marketing portfolio.
• Experience designing website graphics using Figma, Adobe XD, Webflow, or similar.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, visual solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials (brochures, one-pagers, pitch decks, infographics, event collateral).
• Develop website graphics, icons, banners, UI elements aligned with brand guidelines.
• Support iterative design updates for marketing campaigns and product branding.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development to translate requirements into visuals.
• Ensure deliverables are optimized for digital and print formats.
• Maintain consistency with brand identity, color palettes, typography, and design patterns.
