Job summary

Quanta Craft Solutions is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the Jason Lee Center for Craft Excellence. You will support delivery of training programs, coordinate enrollment and documentation, and ensure a seamless student experience from enrollment to completion.

You will manage records, assist with events, and align schedules with campus needs, while coordinating with internal teams on progress and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for students, customers and visitors.
• Coordinate enrollment, onboarding, and documentation within timelines.
• Maintain student and customer records with audit-ready accuracy.
• Support planning and execution of events (orientations, graduations, trainings).
• Develop and communicate training schedules across locations; coordinate resources and logistics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to track participation and completion metrics.
• Manage requests, documentation, routing, follow-up and resolution.
• Coordinate distribution of training materials and resources.
• Provide administrative and project support to leadership, including reporting and process improvement.
