Job summary

Quanta Services through the Jason Lee Center for Craft Excellence is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support training programs on-site in the Southeast. You will coordinate enrollment, schedules, records and events, delivering high-quality service from start to finish.

Collaborating with internal teams, you will track participation, manage documentation, and ensure compliance. Strong organization and communication are essential; travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for students, customers, and visitors.
• Coordinate enrollment, onboarding, and ongoing participation with timely documentation.
• Maintain and manage student and customer records for accuracy and audit readiness.
• Support planning and execution of orientations, graduations, trainings, and events.
• Develop and communicate training schedules across locations and remote sites.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to track participation, progress, and completion metrics.
• Manage incoming requests, documentation, and communications with proper routing.
• Coordinate distribution of materials, tools, and resources for training and events.
• Provide general administrative and project support to leadership.
