Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking an experienced Manager – Training Center in Odessa, TX. You will lead the Odessa Training Center, ensuring effective delivery of technical training programs and workforce readiness.

Responsibilities include safety, scheduling, instructor engagement, and performance management to drive operational excellence. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across training initiatives and locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of training experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Odessa Training Center operations including safety, scheduling, facility and equipment stewardship, instructor coordination and training utilization.
• Coordinate onboarding, new hire training logistics, participant experience and field-readiness activities.
• Maintain view of training demand, schedules, vendor relationships, course offerings and resource utilization.
• Drive alignment of training practices across multiple locations and partner with Operations leadership.
