You will build calendars, oversee budgeting, coordinate onboarding, collaborate with safety and HR teams, and report training metrics to regional leadership, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in a supervisor or management role.
• 3+ years in logistics or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop, publish and maintain annual training calendar.
• Facilitate HS&E, MHE, CSCS onboarding and other key training programs.
• Develop and update internal training procedures and materials.
• Coordinate training events across campus locations.
• Leverage e-learning to support Training Center growth.
• Assess ongoing training needs using various formats.
• Collaborate with Campus Field Safety Manager on safety changes.
• Develop, track and report training metrics.
• Maintain training records and budget documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding training with recruiting and operations.
• Provide leadership to training supervisors in Safety, Quality and CSCS Foundations.
• Work with Learning and Development teams to ensure quality training and issue resolution.
• Update leaders quarterly on Training Center activity.
• Oversee the Training Center budget.
