Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Indiana seeks a Training Center Supervisor to administer and facilitate training programs, ensuring compliance with corporate, OSHA and regulatory guidelines. You will lead development, scheduling and delivery of onboarding and ongoing training across campus locations.

You will leverage learning technologies, track training metrics, manage records and budget, and coach supervisors in safety, quality and CSCS foundations to support a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 3+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• 3+ years in logistics or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with training programs and safety initiatives is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer and facilitate training and development programs per guidelines.
• Develop, publish, and manage annual training calendar.
• Coordinate training events across campus locations.
• Use learning technologies to grow the Training Center team.
• Track training metrics and ensure proper records.
• Oversee budget and weekly allocation/reclass process.
