Join Delaware's Birth to Three Early Intervention (B23) Program as a Training and Education Specialist III! Design and deliver innovative training, technical assistance, and educational resources that support IDEA Part C compliance for program staff, early intervention providers, community partners, and families. We're seeking a dynamic public speaker and collaborative professional who is passionate about fostering partnerships across programs, agencies, and committees, representing B23 through community outreach, and strengthening Delaware's statewide early intervention system.
