State of Delaware is seeking a Training and Education Specialist II to support the Domestic Violence Coordinating Council and subcommittees. The role involves planning and delivering trainings, managing training requests, organizing webinars and in-person sessions, and assisting with conferences and outreach across statewide partners.
Flexibility to accommodate occasional evenings or weekend events is provided.
The incumbent in this position will perform a variety of functions to support the work of the Domestic Violence Coordinating Council and subcommittees. The position will plan and deliver trainings, manage DVCC training requests, organize webinars and in-person trainings, assist in organizing DVCC conferences and law enforcement trainings, assist with training grant deliverables, manage social media accounts, organize DVCC table and other outreach and collaborate with statewide partners. Flexibility of schedule is provided to offset occasional evening or weekend events.

All new hires are required to report to the Statewide New Employee Orientation (SNEO) on their first day of employment. Sessions are held at designated locations in Kent or New Castle County.
