The Training and Development Manager is responsible for developing and implementing training and development programs

This position will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and delivery of learning and development initiatives that support the organization’s goals and objectives. The Training and Development Manager will work closely with the Human Resources team to ensure that all training and development programs are in line with the company’s goals and objectives.
