Job Title: Training Administrator
Location: This is a work-from-home position for someone who lives in the Washington, DC area and can commute as needed to the client site in Washington, DC.
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

The Training Administrator plays a support role in ensuring compliance with required training protocols. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate training records, monitoring employee training status, and coordinating reminders and scheduling to ensure that all personnel complete required trainings in a timely manner. The Training Administrator maintains a smooth and efficient training tracking process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and maintain up-to-date training records for all staff.

  • Monitor deadlines and send reminders for upcoming or overdue training requirements.

  • Coordinate with employees and supervisors to schedule required training sessions.

  • Generate periodic reports on training compliance and completion rates.

  • Maintain the training database or tracker.

  • Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up initial training plans.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree: associate’s degree or higher

  • Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail

Work Authorization:

U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.

Working Conditions:

This position is primarily performed in an office environment . Employees will be required to use a computer and other office equipment for extended periods.
