About Us

The Shoreline Power Group, a joint venture of Aecon, United, and Atkins-Realis, is executing the Fuel Channel and Feeder Replacement project at Bruce Power’s Bruce Nuclear Generating Station, part of the Life Extension Program to operate safely through 2064. The project involves replacing key reactor components and is currently in progress.

Role Overview: Jr Training Coordinator

This role involves managing and archiving training program documents, auditing signatures and approvals, monitoring progress, reporting delays and issues, and creating documents and trackers to improve efficiency at the training center.

Responsibilities

• Create new training processes to facilitate material delivery
• Print, deliver, and manage paperwork throughout training
• Ensure timely completion of documentation
• Coordinate with trainers and forepersons
• Monitor training progress and report issues
• Update qualification trackers
• Generate various trackers and documents to support training operations
• Facilitate documentation during training delivery
• Produce order and requisition forms for supplies

Qualifications

• Experience with plant systems, quality, and pressure boundary programs
• Technical knowledge of equipment and components
• Understanding of safety, quality, work planning, and project controls in construction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Project, Power BI
• Database management and programming skills are an asset
• Knowledge of SAT/ADDIE training methodologies is an asset
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Working knowledge of series sets, FC install, EF removal, CT removal, feeder removal and installation
