Job summary

HOTWORX Urbandale in Urbandale, IA is seeking a Part-Time Fitness Sales Associate. You will tour the studio, introduce guests to HOTWORX, and sell memberships while building member relationships and driving growth.

The role covers selling upgrades and retail products, following up with leads, and promoting the brand locally. Ideal candidates are outgoing, goal-driven, people-focused and comfortable with technology and social media.

Part-Time Fitness Sales Associate

HOTWORX Urbandale is looking for a high-energy, outgoing, and motivated Fitness Sales Associate to join our team!

This is more than a front desk job. You’ll play an active role in growing the studio, introducing new guests to HOTWORX, selling memberships, connecting with leads, building relationships with members, and creating an experience that keeps people excited to come back.

About HOTWORX

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering virtually instructed workouts inside our patented infrared saunas, along with a functional training area.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and role-playing

Staffed Hours

Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
