Job summary

HOTWORX Altoona is seeking an energetic Part-Time Fitness Sales Associate in Altoona, IA. You will lead studio tours, introduce guests to HOTWORX, and drive memberships and product sales while building relationships with members.

This role emphasizes creating an exciting member experience and proactive follow-up with leads. You will participate in local promotions, social media efforts, and community events, helping the studio grow while maintaining a welcoming, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but personality, drive, and willingness to learn matter.

HOTWORX Altoona is looking for a high‑energy, outgoing, and motivated Fitness Sales Associate to join our team!

This is more than a front desk job. You’ll play an active role in growing the studio—introducing new guests to HOTWORX, selling memberships, connecting with leads, building relationships with members, and creating an experience that keeps people excited to come back.

About HOTWORX

HOTWORX is a 24‑hour infrared fitness studio offering virtually instructed workouts inside our patented infrared saunas, along with a functional training area.

What You’ll Do

Staffed Hours

Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM

This is a part‑time position. Availability within these hours, including evenings and Saturdays, is required.
