HOTWORX Ankeny is seeking a Part-Time Fitness Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced gym environment. You’ll tour studios, sell memberships, connect with leads, and contribute to a high-energy member experience. Ideal candidates are outgoing, goal-driven, and comfortable with technology.

Training and commission opportunities are provided, with evenings and Saturdays available. You’ll help grow the studio by following up with leads, participating in community events, and supporting daily

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset.

Part-Time Fitness Sales Associate

HOTWORX Urbandale is looking for a high-energy, outgoing, and motivated Fitness Sales Associate to join our team!

This is more than a front desk job. You’ll play an active role in growing the studio, introducing new guests to HOTWORX, selling memberships, connecting with leads, building relationships with members, and creating an experience that keeps people excited to come back.

About HOTWORX

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering virtually instructed workouts inside our patented infrared saunas, along with a functional training area.

What You’ll Do

• Give energetic studio tours and turn prospects into members

• Work toward individual and studio sales goals

• Assist with daily studio operations and member needs
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and role-playing

Staffed Hours

Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
