Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site HOTWORX Trainer Sales Associate role located in Dubuque, IA. The Trainer Sales Associate greets members and guests, provides studio tours, and explains HOTWORX workout concepts and membership options. Daily responsibilities include coaching members on studio etiquette and safe equipment use, monitoring sessions to maintain a positive and secure environment, and delivering excellent customer service at the front desk. The role also involves supporting membership sales, handling inquiries, managing check-ins, maintaining a clean studio, and assisting with local marketing activities and events. The Trainer Sales Associate collaborates with the studio team to achieve membership goals and enhance the overall member experience.
