• Maintain records of training activities and employee progress.
• Audit work and coordinate training initiatives to identify corrective actions.
• Provide feedback on revisions to policy and procedures and work processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Trainer II is expected to be able to develop a full training program including content, agendas, activities, and assessments.Key Details: The Trainer II role is primarily remote.
