Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of training experience, preferably in managed care or healthcare.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analyses to determine training needs for Pharmacy Services staff.
• Identify, develop and conduct training programs and training aids.
• Facilitate the train-the-trainer process for various systems.
• Research, analyze and recommend external training programs.
• Maintain records of training activities and employee progress.
• Audit work and coordinate training initiatives to identify corrective actions.
• Provide feedback on revisions to policy and procedures and work processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
