The Best Connection Group Ltd is seeking a motivated recruiter to manage the full 360 recruitment cycle across clients and candidates. You will build lasting relationships, source and interview candidates, and place them in suitable roles while driving business development and meeting targets.

The role offers full training, guidance, and progression within an employee-owned business, with a base salary of £27,000 rising to £28,000 after 12 months and a comprehensive package including holidays

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Identify and win new business through sales calls and face to face client visits.
• Source, interview and match candidates to suitable roles.
• Work towards achievable sales and performance targets with full support and training
