Job summary

Arrowhead Automotive, a division of Brown & Brown Insurance, invites applications for an Account Manager Trainee in Overland Park, KS. You will support producers with policy management, renewals, endorsements, and data accuracy in our agency systems, while building consultative client relationships.

You’ll learn to manage complex inquiries, coordinate with underwriters and accounting, and contribute to a high-service book of business in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years related experience in insurance.
• High level of organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks in required timeframes.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• State Property and Casualty license required within first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Review in-force policies for current clients and ensure data accuracy in Applied/EPIC.
• Manage policy changes and billing issues, coordinating with Accounting.
• Renewals and endorsements processing to support underwriting.
