Arrowhead Automotive, a Brown & Brown Insurance division, is hiring an Account Manager Trainee. You will develop the knowledge to provide technical and administrative support to our producers, act as the first contact for customers, and assist with renewals and endorsements to support underwriting.
You will renew and remarket an existing book of business, prepare renewal materials, and collaborate with underwriters to obtain accurate quotes.

In this position, you will develop the knowledge and skills to provide technical and advanced administrative support to our producers. You will also develop the knowledge and ability to provide consultation and technical support as the first point of contact for customers. Additionally, you will compile data, perform routine and non-routine tasks, and process renewals and endorsements to support the underwriting process.
A big piece of hitting the ground from Day One in this role is renewing and remarketing an existing book of business. Renewal marketing prep includes updating policy information, gathering loss reports, processing renewal information received from our clients, and completing applications/submissions. Working with insurance company underwriters to receive timely and accurate quotes. Preparing renewal presentations and proposals, and binding/reissuing policies.
Bachelor's degree and zero to two years related experience in the insurance industry and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
