Job summary

Arrowhead Automotive, a Brown & Brown Insurance division, is hiring an Account Manager Trainee. You will develop the knowledge to provide technical and administrative support to our producers, act as the first contact for customers, and assist with renewals and endorsements to support underwriting.

You will renew and remarket an existing book of business, prepare renewal materials, and collaborate with underwriters to obtain accurate quotes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and zero to two years related experience in the insurance industry.
• State Property and Casualty license is required within the first 90 days.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative support to producers.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers; assist with renewals and endorsements.
• Review and process policy data, endorsements, and billing as needed.
• Renew and remarket an existing book of business; prepare renewal materials and proposals.
